FAQs:

Q: How can I use WhatsApp delivery status in my workflows?
You can utilize If/Else conditions based on WhatsApp status (e.g., Valid WhatsApp) to dictate the next step in your workflow, allowing more dynamic and personalized communication strategies.

Q: What is the purpose of the toggle for holding contacts in the workflow?
The toggle ensures the workflow pauses until Meta provides the delivery status, ensuring that the process waits before moving on to the next action.

This feature ensures more precise and efficient communication by waiting for the confirmation of message delivery before proceeding with subsequent actions.
