Step 1: Start or Edit a Workflow
Begin by either creating a new workflow or editing an existing one.
Step 2: Create and Edit the Action
Click the “+” button to add a new Workflow Trigger.
Note: You can set any trigger based on when you want to send the review request to leads.
In the Action List, select Send Review Request by clicking the + icon. You can search for it by name or locate it in the list.
(Optional) Customize the action’s display name in the workflow builder by using the textbox under Action Name.
Note: This will only change how the action appears in the workflow builder and won’t affect functionality or content.
Choose the review type to send: Email or SMS.
Pro Tip: To configure the review message, click the Reputation Settings shortcut.
This will take you to the Reputation Management tab, where you can insert a review link, customize the SMS and email layout, and preview how it appears on mobile, tablet, or laptop.
Once configured, press Save Action in the bottom right corner of the setup menu.
Step 3: Save the Workflow
Click Save in the top right corner to save your workflow.
If you're ready to publish, ensure the toggle switch next to the Save button is set to Publish.
