How to Add a Voicemail Action to a Workflow
Navigate to Automation > Workflows
Start by creating a new workflow or editing an existing one.
Scenario Example
In this case, imagine that several triggers have already occurred, such as sending an SMS and making a call, and now you want to leave a voicemail as a final follow-up attempt.
Adding the Voicemail Action
Click the "+" button to add a new action.
A menu will appear on the right-hand side of the screen.
Scroll down to the “External Communications” section and select “Voicemail.”
Upload Pre-Recorded Voicemail
You can now upload pre-recorded voicemail messages to send to your contact.
Note: Voicemail drops are effective approximately 70% of the time. They are a workaround solution used to quickly leave voicemails, but some phone carriers may restrict them.If the voicemail is not working, use an audio converter like Online Audio Converter to reformat the file, or create a new recording using Rev Online Voice Recorder.
Save the Voicemail Action
Click the green “Upload File” button, select the pre-recorded file, and then click “Save Action” in the bottom right corner before closing the voicemail tab.
