How to Duplicate a Workflow
Duplicating a workflow is a useful feature when you want to maintain an existing workflow but need to make significant changes, or when you want to use the workflow as a starting point for a new automation. For example, if you have a workflow triggered by form submissions and you want to apply the same setup to other forms, duplicating the workflow will allow you to do so efficiently by editing the necessary filters and actions.
Step 1: Duplicate the Workflow
Go to Automation > Workflows.
Click the three dots next to the workflow title you want to duplicate.
Select Duplicate Workflow.
Step 2: Edit the Duplicated Workflow
Rename the duplicated workflow if needed, then click Create.
Make the necessary edits to the new workflow and save your changes.
Don’t forget to publish the workflow to activate it.
