When refining a Workflow, you may need to adjust the sequence of certain actions. Instead of deleting and recreating them, you can easily move one or more actions to different points within your Workflow, saving you time.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Open the Workflow you wish to edit.
Step 2: Locate the action you'd like to move and click on the three dots next to it.
Step 3: From the dropdown, select “Move.”
For this example, we’ll choose “Move Action” to relocate an individual Workflow action.
Step 4: Position the action where you'd like it to go and click the “Move Here” button.
Step 5: Don’t forget to save your changes.
Additional Tip:
Selecting “Move All Actions From Here” will allow you to move that action along with all subsequent actions. When you choose a new spot, click “Move Here” to finalize.
Note: If you move an If/Else action, the steps following it—including both the Yes and None branches—will also be moved. Make sure the conditions remain logical after rearranging.
Pro Tips on the Mini-Map:
