Organizing Your Workflows with Folders

To keep your workflows organized, you can categorize them using the Workflow Folders feature in Advisor's Growth. This helps maintain a tidy workspace, making it easier to manage and access workflows efficiently.

Step 1: Creating a Folder

  1. Navigate to Automation > Workflows.

  2. Click on Create Folder located at the top right of the screen.

  3. In the popup window, enter a name for your folder.

  4. Save the folder, and it will now appear in your list under All Workflows.

Step 2: Moving Workflows Into Folders

  1. In the workflow list, locate the workflow you wish to move, and click the three-dot icon beside it.

  1. From the actions menu, select Move to Folder.

  1. In the popup window, select the folder where you'd like to move the workflow and click Save.

Note: You can move workflows between folders or back to the general workflows page by following the same steps. You can also create a workflow directly within a folder, which will automatically save the workflow in that folder.
