List of Workflow Actions

This guide provides an overview of the workflow actions available within Advisor's Growth.

Step 1: How to Add an Action

Navigate to Automation > Workflows. Create a new workflow or edit an existing one.

To add an action, click on the “+” icon.

Categories and List of Workflow Actions:

Contact

  • Create Contact: Adds a new contact, useful for capturing and organizing new leads.

  • Find Contact: Locates an existing contact using provided data.

  • Update Contact Field: Modifies a specific contact field.

  • Add/Remove Contact Tag: Manage tags to help segment contacts for more targeted communication.

  • Assign/Remove Assigned User: Assign or remove a contact's assigned user for more personalized communication.

  • Edit Conversation: Adjusts conversations by marking them as read/unread, archiving, or unarchiving.

  • Disable/Enable DND: Controls the "Do Not Disturb" setting.

  • Add Note: Adds custom notes for manual tracking of interactions.

  • Add Task: Creates a task related to a contact for follow-ups.

  • Copy Contact: Duplicates a contact to another sub-account.

  • Delete Contact: Removes a contact from the system.

  • Modify Contact Engagement Score: Adjusts the engagement score to evaluate responsiveness.

  • Add/Remove Contact Followers: Manage visibility for team members.

Communication

  • Send Email/SMS: Allows personalized communication with contacts via email or SMS.

  • Send Slack Message: Sends a message via Slack for internal notifications.

  • Call: Automates calls to contacts.

  • Voicemail: Delivers pre-recorded voicemails.

  • Messenger/Instagram DM: Sends messages through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message.

  • Manual Action (SMS/Call): Prompts manual communication with a contact.

  • GMB Messaging: Responds to Google My Business messages.

  • Send Internal Notification: Sends updates to users or contacts within the system.

  • Send Review Request: Automates sending review requests to gather customer feedback.

  • Conversation AI: Uses AI to manage inbound conversations across multiple channels.

  • WhatsApp: Sends messages via WhatsApp, adhering to its communication guidelines.

  • Live Chat: Responds to live chat inquiries to enhance real-time support.

  • Log External Call: Logs external calls from third-party systems into Advisor's Growth.

Send Data

  • Webhook/Custom Webhook: Sends data to external applications for integration.

  • Google Sheets: Automates data updates or lookups in Google Sheets.

Internal Tools

  • If Else: Creates conditional paths to customize workflows based on specific criteria.

  • Wait Step: Delays actions to control timing.

  • Goal Event: Directs contacts to specific event goals to optimize workflow efficiency.

  • Split: Runs A/B tests to compare different workflow actions.

  • Go To: Moves contacts to other workflows.

Formatter

  • Date/Time Formatter: Reformat dates and compare date fields for workflow management.

  • Number Formatter: Converts and formats numeric data.

  • Math Operation: Adds, subtracts, or performs calculations on numbers or dates.

Workflow AI

  • AI Prompt: Generates responses using AI to engage customers more effectively.

Appointments

  • Update Appointment Status: Updates appointment details such as rescheduled, completed, etc.

  • Generate One-Time Booking Link: Provides clients with a one-time booking link.

Opportunity
