The Bulk Actions feature in the Contacts/Smart Lists section of Advisor's Growth allows you to perform multiple one-time actions for selected or all contacts at once. Here’s how to add contacts to a workflow using this bulk action feature:
Step 1: Select Your Contacts
Go to your contacts list.
Check the box next to the contact records you want to select.
To select all contacts on the page, check the box at the top. You can also click the hyperlink to select all contacts in Advisor's Growth, not just the visible ones.
Step 2: Choose Your Action
Click on the "Add to automation" icon.
A pop-up window will appear, where you can choose a workflow from the dropdown menu.
Next, select the scheduling method for this action:
Add all at once to process the action immediately.
Add all at scheduled time to process it at a specific time in the future.
Add in drip mode to process contacts in groups or batches.
Note: When scheduling in drip mode, the “repeat after” option doesn’t repeat the entire process. Instead, it runs at regular intervals. For example, if you set it to 100 contacts per 5 hours, it will continue until all contacts are processed. If you selected 780 contacts, the system would create 8 batches – 7 batches of 100 and 1 batch of 80.
