How It Works

  1. Quick Access: The option to send the payment update link is available through both the Quick Action Menu on the subscription list page and the Actions Section on the subscription detail page.

  1. Sending the Link: Users can send the link to customers via email or copy it to share through other communication channels. The links are valid for 30 days.

  1. Customer Updates: Customers click on the link to access their subscription details and update their payment method. The new payment method will take effect from the next billing cycle.

  1. Link Management: Multiple links can be generated as needed, and all outstanding links can be deactivated directly from the subscriptions page.
