Payment Links offer a streamlined solution for businesses, including SMEs and entrepreneurs, to conduct online transactions without the complexities of traditional e-commerce setups. These links allow users to create and customize payment pages, facilitating secure and efficient payments while maintaining control over pricing, billing, and branding.

  1. Navigate to the Payments Section: Log in to your Advisor's Growth platform and head to the Payments section from the main dashboard.

  1. Locate Payment Links: Within the Payments section, find the Payment Links feature to start the process.

  1. Initiate Creation: Click on the Payment Links feature to create a new payment link for your products or services.

  1. Configure Settings: Customize various settings within the Payment Links interface to suit your business needs:

    • Security Controls: For payments processed through Authorize and NMI, enhanced security requires zip codes to prevent fraud.

    • Product Selection: Choose the specific product or service you wish to link to.

    • Pricing: Set the price, including options for one-time payments or recurring subscriptions.

    • Billing Frequency: Define how often the billing occurs (e.g., monthly, weekly).

    • Additional Settings: Adjust settings like statement descriptors, trial periods, or membership offers.

    • Note: Businesses using Stripe can offer additional payment methods like iDEAL (Netherlands), Bancontact (Belgium), and SEPA Direct Debit (EU).

  • Enhancing Data Accuracy: Available in business details, company details, and the new contact modal, this dropdown improves data collection and supports a wider range of payment methods.

    • How to Use: During the setup, use the dropdown to select the appropriate state and proceed with creating your payment link.


Custom Terms and Conditions

  • Customization: You can personalize the terms and conditions displayed below the Pay button, including adding hyperlinks to detailed pages.

    • How to Use:

      1. Navigate to the Payment Links section.

  1. Check the box in the configuration panel to enable custom terms and conditions.

  1. Use the hyperlink icon to add and customize the text and redirection link.

  1. Save your settings to ensure customers see the updated terms when accessing the payment link.



Appearance and Functionality

  • Branding: Align the payment link with your brand by customizing elements such as button text and visual appearance.

  • Preview Feature: Before finalizing, use the preview feature to see how the payment link will appear to customers.

  • Creating Personalized Links: In the Payment Links section, create a new link, select multiple contacts from the dropdown, and configure email and SMS templates to include these links.

    • How to Use:

      1. Customize or use default templates, ensuring placeholders for contact-specific data are included.

      2. Copy the personalized links and share them via your preferred method.

      3. When recipients open the links, their information will be pre-filled, streamlining the payment process.

  1. Save and Activate: Once satisfied with the configuration, save and activate the payment link to make it live.

  1. Share: After activation, share the payment link directly with customers via email, text, social media, or any other communication channel.

Coupon codes enhance the flexibility of Payment Links, allowing businesses to offer discounts and incentives.

  • How to Use Coupon Codes:

    1. In the payment link creation section, find the option to include coupon codes.

    2. Check the box to enable the coupon code functionality.

    3. Input the desired coupon code in the designated field.

    4. Save the settings to apply the coupon code to the payment link.

    5. Customers can use the coupon code during checkout to receive discounts or incentives.
