This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to charge customer cards using any connected payment provider within Advisor's Growth. This feature allows you to access saved cards from all payment providers directly on the Contact page, making it easy to charge returning customers while maintaining your default provider for new purchases or subscriptions. Whether you’re managing multiple payment providers or transitioning to a new one, this feature ensures seamless transaction management.

Was This Feature Previously Available? In the past, transactions were limited to the default payment provider, which posed challenges for users with multiple providers or those migrating to a new system. Now, Advisor's Growth allows you to charge customers using any saved card, regardless of the payment provider.

Step-by-Step Guide Step 1: Access the Contact Page

  • Go to the Contact page of the customer you wish to charge.

  • Locate the money icon in the top right-hand corner.

Step 2: Initiate the Charge

  • Click the money icon.

  • A pop-up window will appear, giving you the option to select an existing card or add a new one.

Step 3: Select or Add a Card

  • Select Existing Card: Choose from the list of saved cards to process the payment.

  • Add New Card: Enter new card details and save them for future use.

Step 4: Complete the Transaction

  • After selecting or adding a card, confirm the amount to be charged.

  • Click the 'Charge Now' button to process the payment.
