Document Builder
The Document Builder provides a versatile and user-friendly interface for crafting and customizing documents. Users can effortlessly drag and drop elements to construct their documents efficiently. How to Use
Add a Product List
The Document Builder now offers advanced capabilities for managing product lists. You can add optional items to give signers the flexibility to include or exclude these items in their order. Here’s how you can utilize these features:
Add a New Product:
Use the interface to add new products to your document. This feature allows you to specify detailed information about each product.
Enable Quantity Editing:
Toggle the "Edit Quantity" option to allow signers to modify the quantity of items they wish to order. You can set limits on the minimum and maximum quantity to control the order's scope.
Make Products Selectable/Unselectable:
Use the "Optional Item" toggle to determine whether a product is optional. This feature gives signers the choice to include or exclude specific items from their order.
Automatic Assignment and Dynamic Total Calculation:
The product list is automatically assigned to the primary recipient by default, simplifying the workflow. Additionally, the total amount dynamically updates based on the items selected, ensuring accurate financial calculations throughout the process.
