Checking Documents & Contracts within Contacts
The integration of document and contract management directly into the Contact section of your CRM has made it easier to manage important documents without switching between different areas. This feature allows users to access, manage, and interact with documents related to specific contacts, all in one place.
How to Use:
Go to a Contact:
Navigate to the Contact section in CompanyName CRM.
Select the contact you wish to manage documents for.
Click on the Document Management Icon:
On the right-hand side, locate and click the Document Management Icon.
View Documents:
A folder will open, displaying all documents and contracts related to the selected contact.
Viewing and Managing Documents:
All Tab:
View all associated documents and their current status.
Actions: Download documents, view their source, or copy links for sent documents.
Sent Tab:
Displays all documents that have been sent to this contact.
