Introducing the 'Media' Feature in Affiliate Manager

We're excited to announce the launch of the Media feature in the Affiliate Manager, designed to revolutionize how affiliate managers and affiliates share and access marketing content. This powerful tool simplifies content distribution, enabling affiliates to promote your products or services more efficiently with ready-to-use media resources like images, videos, banners, and documents.

How Does the Media Feature Benefit You?

Empowering Affiliate Managers

Affiliate managers can now easily upload and share a wide range of marketing materials through the Media screen in the Client Portal. This provides affiliates with the latest content to help promote your brand and drive sales. From compelling visuals to informative videos, affiliates will have everything they need to run successful campaigns.

Centralized Media Repository

All media files are stored in a centralized Template Library, ensuring that marketing assets are organized and easily accessible. Admins can categorize files into folders for better organization, allowing both managers and affiliates to quickly find the content they need without the hassle of searching.

Seamless Content Sharing

Affiliates can access media files instantly, removing the need for back-and-forth communication to obtain promotional materials. This streamlined approach allows affiliates to focus on promoting your brand, saving time and effort while maximizing results.

How to Use the Media Feature

  1. Navigate to Marketing > Affiliate Manager > Media and click on + Add File.

  2. You will be directed to the Template Library, where you can select existing files or upload new media.

  3. Once selected, the files and folders will appear in the Media section and will be available on the Client Portal.
