Troubleshooting Test Email Errors
When sending a test email in a campaign, you may encounter an error message that says, "An error occurred, please try again." Here’s how to resolve this issue and ensure your test emails are sent properly:

Validate Custom Values: Double-check that any custom values used in the email template are correctly formatted. Ensure each custom value is enclosed in the appropriate double curly brackets, like this: {{contact.name}} or {{contact.city}}. Using incorrect formatting, such as {contact.name} or {{{contact.name}}}, will cause errors.
Verify Email Address Format: Ensure the email address used for testing follows the correct format, such as test@emaildemo.com. Invalid email formats can trigger the error.
