How to Hide Email Elements in the Mobile View of Advisor's Growth Email Builder

With Advisor's Growth Email Builder, you have the flexibility to format emails tailored for mobile devices. Optimizing the mobile view ensures your email looks great across devices, particularly on mobile, where most people will likely open it.

Step 1: Hiding Elements on Mobile or Desktop View

Once you've created your email template or campaign, head over to the editor view in the drag-and-drop interface. Click to edit the element you wish to modify. Hover over the element, and you’ll find the option to hide it either on mobile or desktop devices.

Alternatively, you can adjust the visibility settings from the "Manage Element" menu. Remember to save your changes to apply the updates.

Step 2: Previewing and Testing Your Email

Select the 3-dot menu and choose "Preview Template" to check the mobile view.

Once you're in the preview mode, you can switch between desktop, tablet, and mobile views using the icons at the top.

For a more accurate view, you can also open the email on an actual mobile device to see how it displays in real time.
