How to Modify the Content of an Active Email Campaign

This guide walks you through the steps to update the content of an ongoing email campaign. Occasionally, errors like misspelled words, incorrect links, or other content issues may arise that need correction mid-campaign.

Requirements: You can edit campaigns that are either Simple Scheduled, RSS, or Scheduled, as long as the changes are made before the next scheduled send.

Step 1: Locate the campaign you want to update and click the pencil icon next to it.

Step 2: Now, you can adjust the content. Whether it’s modifying text, links, or other elements of the email, make your necessary changes and then save the updates.

Step 3: Once edits are complete, click the Send or Schedule button to either reschedule the campaign or modify the list of recipients.
