Setting Up Forwarding Address and BCC in Email
In Advisor's Growth, you have multiple options for configuring your email, including setting up forwarding addresses, BCC, and reply addresses, or forwarding emails to assigned users. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Access Email Settings
Navigate to Settings > Email Services.
Select the Forward Settings tab. You'll find options for Forwarding Address, BCC Emails, and a toggle for Forward to Assigned User. Configure these based on your needs:
Forwarding Address: All email replies will be sent to your personal inbox and will appear in the Conversations section.
Forward to Assigned User: Emails will be forwarded to the user assigned to the lead, allowing them to receive replies directly in their user email.
BCC Emails: Receive a blind carbon copy (BCC) of every email sent from the account.
Reply Address: Customize the reply-to address that will be added to all outgoing emails.
Note: If you modify the reply-to address, the reply won’t be tracked in the Conversations thread.
Step 2: Save Your Preferences
Once you’ve chosen your settings, click Save to apply your changes.
Note: When you reply directly from your email inbox after setting up a forwarding address, the reply will not sync back into Advisor's Growth.
