Email Analytics Overview

Email analytics provide an effective way to sort contacts by various email performance metrics. By leveraging these insights, you can fine-tune your email marketing efforts. The system lets you filter contacts based on key email stats, such as Sent, Delivered, Opened, Clicked, Complained, and Bounced. This functionality allows you to assess engagement levels, making it easier to enhance and optimize your outreach strategy.

To access this feature, navigate to Settings > Email Services > Email Analytics.

Here’s how to use it:

  • Select Date Range: Choose the date range field and set a specific timeframe for your analysis.

  • Date-Specific Filtering: Focus on contacts from a certain period to gauge the success of your campaigns and make informed decisions based on this data.

Advanced Filtering Options:

  • Email Sending Type Filter: You can now filter contacts based on the type of email sent, such as bulk emails, campaigns, or workflows. Multiple campaigns or workflows can be selected for more precise segmentation. This detailed filtering helps you craft personalized messaging for different audience groups.
