Custom Reply Address for Outgoing Emails

You have the option to set a custom reply-to address for all outgoing emails. This allows you to direct incoming responses to a different email address.

Important Note:

When a custom reply-to address is set, all incoming replies will be directed to that email address instead of being routed to the Conversation tab within Advisor's Growth.

How to Set a Custom Reply Address:

  1. Go to Settings > Email Services.

  1. Click on the Reply and Forward Settings tab.

  2. Enter the desired reply-to address and click Save.

What It Looks Like to Contacts:

When a contact receives an email, they will see the custom reply-to address, and any replies they send will go to that email instead of the default inbox.
