Viewing Chat Widget Submissions
After setting up your chat widget, you might want to review the submissions it collects. If you haven't yet created a chat widget, please refer to our guide on "How To Create and Add a Chat Widget to Funnels and Websites" before proceeding.
Steps to View Chat Widget Submissions:
Navigate to Form Submissions: Go to Forms > Submissions.
Select Widget Form: From the dropdown menu, choose "Widget Form."
View Responses: Here, you'll see all the responses collected by your chat widget.
Access Contact Profiles: Click on any contact to view their profile and detailed interaction information.
