How to Use the Signature Custom Field in Forms and Surveys

The Signature Custom Field in Advisor’s Growth allows you to collect signatures directly within your forms and surveys. This guide walks you through setting up and managing signature fields effectively.

Step 1: Adding the Signature Custom Field to Your Form or Survey

1. Access the Form Builder:

   • Go to Sites > Forms in your Advisor’s Growth dashboard.

2. Select Custom Fields:

   • In the form builder menu on the right, you'll see two sections: Standard Fields and Custom Fields.

     • Standard Fields include common options like name, email, and phone.

     • Custom Fields are those you've created specifically for your business needs and can be organized into folders.

3. Add the Signature Field:

   • Click on Add Custom Field.

   • In the sidebar, search for “Signature” and select it from the list of options.

   • You can customize the label, such as naming it “Sign Here.”

   • Drag and drop the Signature field into your form or survey.

4. Save and Integrate Your Form:

   • Click Save Form once your edits are complete.

   • Select Integrate Form to copy the form link, which you can share or embed wherever needed.

Step 2: Accessing and Managing Captured Signatures

1. View Signatures in Contact Records:

   • Go to Contacts/Smart Lists and select a contact record.

   • Under the Additional Info section, you’ll see the signature captured from the form or survey.

2. Organize Signature Fields:

   • If you collect multiple signatures, you can create a folder in the Custom Fields section to keep all signatures organized.

   • These folders will appear within the contact record, making it easier to manage and view your data.
