How To Locate Survey and Form Answers
Surveys and forms are valuable tools for gathering insights from leads and improving your services. In addition to viewing responses within the platform, you can also export the data to Google Sheets for further analysis.
Option 1: View Answers Within Specific Contact Records
Access the Contact Record:
Navigate to the specific contact’s profile.
On the left side of the page, click on "Additional Information."
Here, you’ll find the answers they submitted through forms or surveys.
Option 2: View Answers in the Form Submissions Area
Navigate to the Form Submissions:
Go to the Form Builder section.
Click on "Submissions" from the available options.
Search and Filter Responses:
You can search by contact to view all answers submitted through forms.
Use the date filter to narrow down submissions by specific timeframes.
Exporting Data to Google Sheets
Export Form Data:
From the contacts page, select the records you want to export.
Click on “Export Contacts” and confirm your selection.
Analyze in Google Sheets:
Once exported, upload the CSV file to Google Sheets.
Break down and analyze the data according to your specific needs.
