The Quick Add Fields & Edit Custom Fields feature is designed to streamline the creation and customization process for your forms and surveys. This functionality provides an intuitive way to build forms by simplifying how you add and modify fields, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience.

How to Use

1. Quick Add Custom Fields

Access Form/Survey Builder:

Go to the Form/Survey Builder section within your platform.

Drag and Drop Custom Fields:

Choose the field type you need (e.g., Radio Select, Single Line Text, Multi-Line Text, Checkbox, File Upload, etc.).
Simply drag and drop the selected field onto your form or survey canvas.

Customize the Field:

Tailor dropdown options, radio buttons, checkboxes, or file input settings as needed.
Assign a descriptive custom field name and a unique key to each field.

Save the Form/Survey:

After adding and customizing the fields, save your form or survey to ensure that these custom fields are accessible across all sections of your platform.

2. Edit Custom Fields

Modify Existing Fields:

Navigate to the Custom Fields section where you can update properties of newly created or existing fields.
Change options, reorder, or delete fields based on your current needs.

Important Notes

Field Locking: Once a form or survey is saved, the custom field name and unique key are locked. Any further edits must be done in the Custom Fields section.
Simplified Workflow: The Quick Add feature minimizes the steps needed for managing custom fields, making the process more intuitive and user-friendly.
