How to Create Forms Using the Template Library

Accessing the Template Library
Navigate to Sites > Forms > Builder.
Click on the + Add Form button.
From the dropdown menu, select Choose from Template.

Hover over your chosen template and click on the Select button.
Viewing and Editing the Template
After selecting your template, click Continue to preview and begin editing.
