Resending Membership Credentials
In this guide, we'll walk you through the different methods for resending membership credentials to your members.
Part 1: Manually Resending Credentials
Navigate to the contact record of the member in question.
Locate the email that originally included the membership credentials.
If the email failed to send, retry sending it. Alternatively, you can copy and paste the credentials and send them directly to the member.
Part 2: Resetting and Resending Credentials
Go to the contact record of the member in question.
On the left-hand side of the contact page, scroll down and select Change Password.
You can generate a new password here and either manually send it to the member or send an email notification about the password change.
