Membership Settings: Site Details

This guide will walk you through the Site Details section within your Membership Settings, where you can customize and manage various aspects of your membership portal.

Site Info

Within the Site Info section, you have the flexibility to modify several key elements:

Membership Area Title: Set or change the title displayed in your membership area.
Subdomain URL: Adjust the subdomain URL that members will use to access the portal.
Support Email: Provide a dedicated support email address for member inquiries.
Support Phone Number: Offer a support phone number to assist your members.

Additionally, you can create, copy, or regenerate Magic Links. These are unique, one-click sign-in links that allow users to log in without entering their credentials.

Important: Magic links must be distributed through the system to function correctly, whether via email, SMS, automation, or conversations. This is because they rely on custom values, such as {{contact.email}}, to work properly.

Tip: If you want to share the link to the membership area without enabling auto-login, simply remove everything in the URL starting from the "?" symbol onwards.

In the Advanced section, you can also add custom CSS or JavaScript, as well as tracking codes to enhance the functionality and tracking capabilities of your membership portal.

Branding

The Branding section allows you to personalize the visual identity of your membership area by uploading your logo and favicon.

Logo: Recommended dimensions are 640x640 pixels.
Favicon: Recommended dimensions are 32x32 pixels.
