Membership Products and Offers Overview
In this article, we'll explore the distinctions between a Membership Product, an Offer, and a Payment Product, and explain how they work together to enhance your membership offerings.
What is a Membership Product?
A Membership Product is essentially a course that consists of categories and posts, housed within your membership area.
What is an Offer?
An Offer allows you to bundle one or more products together and set a price, especially if you're using the native checkout function with Stripe.
For example:
You might create an offer that bundles three products together for a specific price, or
Another offer that provides access to just one product for a different price.
Customers will only have access to the products included in the offer they purchased.
What is a Payment Product?
A Payment Product is located under Payments > Products. This is how you add a product to a website or funnel. The Payment Product comes with a pricing toggle that you can link to an Offer. Once linked, this Offer will include any related Membership Products as part of the purchase.
