How To Create A Membership One-Click Upsell
A one-click upsell is an effective strategy to increase your revenue by offering additional products or services immediately after a customer completes a purchase. Here’s how to set up and manage a membership upsell in Advisors Growth.
Part 1: Creating an Upsell Offer
Step 1: Create An Upsell Offer
Create a New Offer:
Go to the Offers section and create a new offer specifically for the upsell.
Name Your Offer:
Save and name it something like “Upsell” or “Upsell Offer” for easy identification.
Step 2: Add the Upsell to Your Existing Offer
Navigate to Your Offer:
Go to the offer to which you want to add the upsell.
Add the Upsell:
Locate the Upsell section and click “+ Add Upsell Offer”.
Select the Upsell Offer:
From the dropdown menu, choose the upsell offer you created in Step 1.
Customize and Activate:
Customize the upsell page as needed.
Activate and save your changes.
Part 2: Customizing, Editing, or Removing Your Upsell Checkout Page
Step 1: Customizing or Editing an Upsell Page
Access the Upsell Offer:
From your offer list, click the customization/edit (pencil icon) button to access your upsell offer.
Make Edits:
Make any necessary changes using the customization options available in the menu on the left-hand side.
Save Changes:
Click “Save” to confirm your edits.
Note: If you’re already within the offer that includes the upsell, you can navigate to the Upsell section and edit it directly. Click the edit (paint palette) icon to modify the upsell offer.
Step 2: Removing an Upsell Page
Navigate to Offers:
Go to the Offers section and select the offer with the upsell you want to remove.
Remove the Upsell:
Click into the Upsell section.
Find the upsell you want to remove, click the three dots icon next to it, and select “Delete”.
Part 3: Previewing Your Upsell Page
Preview the Upsell:
Click the preview (eyeball) button from your offer list to open the Offer Builder.
View the Page:
This will open a new page where you can see how the upsell page appears to users.
