Leveraging Bulk Action Features for Efficient Contact Management
The Bulk Actions feature in the Contacts/Smart Lists section of Advisor's Growth allows you to perform multiple tasks at once, saving you time and enhancing productivity. Whether you want to send emails, update pipeline stages, or manage tags, these steps will guide you through effectively using the bulk action tools.
Part 1: Available Bulk Actions
Pipeline Change: Quickly add or update opportunities for multiple contacts by selecting a pipeline, stage, lead value, and more.
Add to Campaign/Workflow: Select a campaign or workflow and bulk-add your contacts for streamlined automation.
Send SMS: Compose a one-time SMS or choose from existing templates to reach out to multiple contacts simultaneously.
Send Email: Send a one-time email or use a pre-made template to deliver your message at scale.
Add/Remove Tags: Apply or remove tags in bulk to better organize and segment your contacts.
Delete Contacts: Permanently delete selected contacts. Note that deleting contacts also removes associated conversations, notes, opportunities, tasks, appointments, and campaigns.
Export Contacts: Export your selected contacts into a CSV file for easy downloading and external use.

Send Review Requests: Send review requests to multiple contacts at once (ensure your "Reputation" section is configured for reviews).

Part 2: How to Use Bulk Actions
Step 1: Go to Contacts > Contacts/Smart Lists.
Step 2: Select the contacts you wish to apply a bulk action to. You can individually check specific contacts or select all by clicking the checkbox at the top.
Step 3: Choose the bulk action you want to apply.
Step 4: Follow the prompts in the pop-up window specific to the action you selected.
Part 3: Managing Your Bulk Actions
Step 1: Go to Contacts > Bulk Actions to view a list of pending and completed bulk actions.
Step 2: Cancel or edit any pending action if needed. You can also toggle to the "Completed" tab in the top right to review previously executed bulk actions.
Note: When using the drip mode for scheduling a bulk action, the “repeat after” setting doesn’t repeat the entire process but runs periodically as scheduled. For instance, if you have 100 contacts processed every 5 hours, this will continue until all contacts have been processed. For 780 contacts, this would result in 8 batches—7 batches of 100 and 1 batch of 80.
Bulk Actions for Company Contacts
The bulk actions feature for company contacts allows you to manage large groups of contacts with ease, providing a more streamlined and efficient approach.
How to Use Bulk Actions for Company Contacts
Step 1: Navigate to the Contacts/Smart Lists section.
Select the contacts you wish to manage by checking the corresponding boxes, or select all using the top checkbox.
Step 2: Choose the Bulk Action:
Click on the bulk action button and select “Add/Edit to Company.”
Decide whether you want to add, remove, or edit contacts for a company.
Step 3: Select the Company and Apply the Action:
Choose the company to apply the action to.
Confirm to add, remove, or update contacts accordingly.
