Bulk Actions: Sending Review Requests

The Bulk Actions feature in Advisor's Growth allows you to send review requests to multiple contacts simultaneously. Here’s a step-by-step guide to sending review requests using this feature:

Step 1: Choose Your Contacts

1. Navigate to Your Contacts:

   • Go to the Contacts or Smart Lists section.

2. Select the Contacts to Receive the Review Request:

   • Check the boxes next to the contact records you want to include.

   • You can select all contacts on a page by checking the box at the top. To select all contacts in your system, click the hyperlink that appears when you check the top box.

Step 2: Choose Your Action

1. Select "Send Review Request":

   • Click on the "Send Review Request" icon.

2. Configure the Review Request Details:

   • In the pop-up window, select either the email or SMS template from the dropdown list.

   • Customize your message if needed.

3. Schedule the Action:

   • Choose how you want the action to be processed:

     • Add All at Once: Send the review request to all selected contacts immediately.

     • Add All at Scheduled Time: Send the review request at a specific future time.

     • Add in Drip Mode: Process the action in smaller batches over time.

Understanding Drip Mode Scheduling:

• When scheduling in drip mode, the "repeat after" setting defines the interval at which each batch of contacts is processed.

  • For example, if you choose to process 100 contacts every 5 hours, the system will continue this process until all selected contacts have received the review request.

  • If you selected 780 contacts, this would result in 8 batches: 7 batches of 100 contacts and 1 batch of 80 contacts.

This bulk action tool is an efficient way to reach out to your contacts and request reviews, helping you gather feedback and improve your business's online presence.
