In today’s digital world, it’s common for individuals to have several phone numbers, each serving a different purpose. To address this need, Advisor's Growth offers a feature that allows users to add and manage multiple phone numbers for a single contact. This guide will walk you through how to use this feature and its benefits.

Benefits of Adding Multiple Phone Numbers:

1. Enhanced Flexibility: You can add up to 11 phone numbers per contact, ensuring that you capture all relevant contact details.

2. Streamlined Management: The contact details page is designed for easy addition, editing, and management of phone numbers.

3. Consistent Communication: By setting a primary phone number, you ensure that communications are directed to the most appropriate or preferred number.

4. Clear Identification: Labels like Home, Landline, Mobile, and Work help in easily identifying the purpose of each phone number.

How to Use Multiple Phone Numbers for Contacts:

1. Adding Phone Numbers:

   • Go to the 'Contacts' tab.

   • Select the contact you want to update.

   • Click the pencil icon in the phone number field.

   • A modal window will appear where you can input multiple phone numbers.

   • Use the dropdown menu to assign labels (Home, Landline, Mobile, Work) to each number. Note that each label can only be used once per contact.

   • Choose which number to set as primary by selecting the radio button next to it.

2. Calling an Additional Phone Number:

   • Go to the contact details page.

   • Select the phone number you want to designate as primary and save your changes.

3. Designating a Primary Phone Number:

   • On the contact details page, after adding the phone numbers, click the radio button next to the number you want to set as primary.

   • This primary number will be used by default for all interactions and contact actions.
