How to Create and Add a Chat Widget to Funnels and Websites in Advisor's Growth
Enhancing communication with clients is crucial for business growth. Advisor's Growth offers a chat widget feature that you can easily add to your funnels or website pages, allowing you to engage with clients in real time. Whether you're using SMS/Email, Live Chat, or WhatsApp, the chat widget is fully customizable to match your brand's look and feel. Follow these steps to create and integrate a chat widget into your funnels and websites.
Step 1: Creating a Chat Widget
Navigate to Chat Widget Settings:
Go to Sites > Chat Widget in the Advisor's Growth dashboard.
Click on New to start creating a chat widget.
Select the Widget Type:
Choose from the available options: SMS/Email Widget, Live Chat, or WhatsApp Chat.
Customization Options:
Look and Feel: Customize the widget's appearance by selecting different styles, themes, avatar images, placements, and sizes to align with your brand.
Chat Launcher: You can add a chat launcher with or without an introductory prompt.
Chat Icon: Set your preferred chat icon and choose a theme or customize it to match your branding.
Initial Messages: Create tailored initial messages for both first-time and returning visitors to enhance engagement.
Widget Dimensions: Adjust the dimensions of the widget to fit your page layout.
Static Messages: Configure static messages in the chat window for branding purposes and to comply with any legal requirements.
Acknowledgement and Greetings: Personalize acknowledgment messages, greetings, and set the language for the chat widget to provide a seamless user experience.
Note: If you're already using a chat widget, it will be highlighted in light blue in the widget options.
Step 2: Saving and Integrating the Chat Widget
Save Your Settings:
After customizing your widget, click Save to store your settings.
Get the Integration Code:
Click Get Code to generate the code needed to integrate the widget into your site.
Copy the code from the pop-up window.
Note: If you've made any changes to the widget's language, ensure you update the code in all relevant places on your website or funnel.
Step 3: Adding the Chat Widget to a Funnel or Website
Navigate to Funnels or Websites:
Go to Sites > Funnels or Websites in the dashboard.
Select the specific funnel or website where you want to add the chat widget.
Access Settings:
Click on Settings for the chosen funnel or website.
Scroll down to the Chat Widget dropdown menu and select the widget you want to integrate.
Save and Preview:
After selecting the chat widget, click Save to apply your changes.
You can preview the funnel or website and refresh the page to see how the chat widget appears to visitors.
