How to Use Forms, Surveys, and Calendars in Funnels

Enhancing your funnels with forms, surveys, and calendars can significantly improve your business by making it easier to capture information, gather feedback, and manage bookings. This tutorial will guide you through the steps to create and add these elements to your funnel.

Step 1: Create a Form, Survey, or Calendar

1. Create a Form or Survey:

   • Navigate to the Form/Survey builder within your CRM.

   • Design the form or survey according to your needs.

   • Save your creation.

2. Create a Calendar:

   • Go to Settings > Calendars in your CRM.

   • Set up a new calendar for booking appointments.

   • Save the calendar configuration.

Step 2: Add the Elements to Your Funnel

1. Drag and Drop Elements:

   • Open the Funnel Builder and select the page where you want to add the element.

   • Use the drag-and-drop feature to place the desired elements such as forms, surveys, or calendars onto the page.

2. Configure Element Settings:

   • Click on the added element to access its settings menu on the right side of the Funnel Builder.

   • Use the General and Advanced tabs to customize the element:

     • General Tab: Adjust general spacing, select the specific form or survey you want to display, and configure other basic settings.

     • Advanced Tab: Further customize the element, including adding custom CSS for more specific styling needs.

3. Set Redirect Actions:

   • In the form settings, specify a redirect action to determine what happens after the form is submitted.

   • Common redirect actions include directing users to a specific URL, such as another funnel page or an external website.
     Note: Setting a redirect action is crucial. Without it, the form submission will seem to fail because the funnel won't know what to do next.

Additional Notes:

• Country Picker in Order Forms:

  • When adding an order form element, go to Settings > Advanced.

  • The Country Picker Toggle does not remove the “Select Country” field from the form but hides the automatic country flag next to the phone number field.
