Prerequisites
Familiarity with the CRM's Funnel & Website Builder
Access to video files in compatible formats (MP4, WebM)
Note: Video backgrounds are supported only in the new builder and can be applied to sections, rows, or columns.
Why Use Video Backgrounds?
Capture Attention: Engaging visuals can grab visitors' attention quickly.
Convey Messages: Videos can communicate information in a compelling way.
Add Depth: Videos enhance the design and feel of your webpage.

Choose the element (section, row, or column) where the video background will be applied.
Add the Video:
On the right-hand panel, find the option for BG Media Types.
Select 'Video' from the available background types.
Upload your video file or insert the URL if the video is hosted externally.
Save and Preview:
Save your changes.
Preview the webpage to ensure the video background appears and functions as intended.
Best Practices
Short and Looping: Use videos that are brief and loop smoothly to avoid disruption.
Complementary Content: Ensure the video enhances rather than overwhelms other page elements.
Fallback Image: Provide a fallback image for instances where the video might not play.
Mobile Optimization: Check that the video is optimized for mobile devices and loading times.
Video Not Playing: Verify that the video is in the correct format and that the URL (if applicable) is accurate.
Slow Loading: Large video files can slow down loading times. Optimize the video size while maintaining quality.
Mobile Issues: Some mobile browsers may disable autoplay. A fallback image can address this issue.
